MyLot: Dozens of things and coming up short
May 31, 2017 6:12pm CST
If you bought a dozen eggs, but one smashed in the carton as you were taking it out of the car, would you feel slighted when your last is two-egg rather than a three-egg omelette from the carton? If you bought a 12-pack of soda pop or beer, and you dropped one and it exploded at your feet, would you stomp your feet in anger at being cheated out of one of your beverages? If you want to sleep until noon, but your alarm goes off at 11:59 a.m., has your day been ruined so badly that it affects your ability to function? If you are eight hours away from the end of the month at myLot, and you are sitting at $11.26, would you drive yourself crazy to try to get that final 74 cents to make it an even dozen dollars? Inquiring minds want to know.

Well, I don't eat eggs often. When I do it's only two, and never an omelette. I would be upset about the soda, but only if it exploded all over me. As it is, I don't drink soda. Oh yes, my whole day would be ruined! Or atleast the first few hours. I haven't made it past $5.00 in a couple of months and in fact, won't make it TO $5.00 this month. You can try to get the 74 cents, but there's no telling whether you'll make it.
I am not easily upset from small accidents like a broken egg or a minor household accident. IF I would have been more active and wrote a post yesterday, I would have surely reached $24, I will receive a little less, I do not mind. I like to take like in a relaxed mood.

I just don't care that much, these days my life is being messed up as me and my family have to finish many tasks and unfortunately everything is not going smoothly but I am relaxed and trying to solve every problem one by one
