Do you peel the chicken skin?

chicken skin

Some people will peel the chicken skin when they have the chicken since they think the chicken skin is so fat. I don't remove it. I think it will make the chicken much more smoothy and tasteful.

I peel the skin of the chicken because it's smooth that way. I've a feeling that chicken feathers are still in the skin.. so that's why..

I always take it out. Heard it is not that healthy. However i agree that cooking it with the skin makes the chicken more delicious to eat

The shop does it for us. I like it with the skin but when they use the machine they dress the chicken peeling off the skin.

I think some elders need to remove the chicken's skin because of health condition.

We always just buy it skinless instead of taking off the skin after buying it. None of us here like the skin on chicken unless it is fried. We don't like it because it gets slimy if baked and normally gets burnt if on the grill.

No, I don't peel the skin. I eat anything edible that is chicken part. Unless you have some health conditions such as probably someone who has just gotten stroke then don't eat chicken skin because it is true that it is fatty

Just like you, I do not remove the skin, it keeps the roasted chicken more moist.
