There are certain fruits which are considered power packs of sugar. Though they are good for health they have rich sugar content and cause imbalance in the glucose level of the body though they digest very quickly. The nutritionists who have been surveyed agreed that Berries and Apples are the best fruits. The following fruits according to the nutritionists are rich in the sugar content Lychees are having about 29 grams of Sugar in one cup. Mango: one cup has got about 23 grams of Sugar Banana: has got about 25% of sugar content in it Figs: A small fig will have about 9 grams of sugar Cherries have got 18 grams of sugar in one cup. Grapes: The nutritionists suggest to take only 17 grapes and they have 15 grams of sugar in one cup. Pineapple: will have about 16 grams of sugar in one cup Coconut: Many people do not know that Coconut is a fruit but actually it is the fruit of a palm tree with high calories and fat. One should be cautious in preferring this fruit. The nutritionists also suggest that the best way is to adopt a mix and match consumption method taking the sugar content present in each fruit.

We have to mix and match them That's all. We need not worry about it.

That is why a mix and match style of consuming fruits is preferred.

We can not stick to only one variety. We have to use all in small quantities.

I like most of those. Don't like figs, and I'm not a big fan of mango, but I like all the others. They are all good for us, though, but in moderation just like any other foods.

I love bananas, cherries and pineapple. The first two aren't available all the time in my area and do limit the amount of pineapple in my dishes.
