I Started First Day Of June With Running

That's true. First day, first run. I woke up 5am because I want to run. I run at about 530am. Its a 5 kilometer run in my usual route-- a sloping hills that could really build my strength and breathing. I need to do this because I'm preparing for a 21 kilometer run this month of July. If only am younger I could have participate in the 42 kilometer full marathon. Its going to be an every morning training until the day have come. It feels great to start the month with a great run.
