Are you happy?

It seems that I am asking a strange question.Truly it is not.We all think we will be happy for a reason.But , happiness is a choice.If you want to be hapoy then you will stay happy and refreshed.If you do not wabt to be happy you will always have a reason to complain.

I dont think thats true. I think it takes alot more for people to be happy. Especially those who have been through trama. For example. I havent been happy since i lost my daughter in 2008. Even when i had my visits with her up til December 2009, i was not happy. Part happy yes but not happy happy. And i never will be again. No matter what good things happen to me or ones i love.

I can second this notion. Since I too have lost a child in the same way say she has, I will never be 100% at again.

sorry for your loss.There are people who had gone through some deep traumatic condition so life will not be much easy for them.

Overall, I am happy. Some folks get into a "complaining habit" which does have a tendency to make a person miserable. I try to not complain and just focus on the positives which helps maintain a happy state of mine.
