During the press briefing about the President's declaration of Martial Law explained himself that he's accountable personally to be the mistakes of his men who had enforced this..That includes their atrocities like RAPE...
But then some idiot tweeted Chelsea that it was a rape joke, with out hesitating she called DU30 a murderous thug. That's when he asked her about her response about his dad regarding his scandals when he was still President.

Then Duterte's favorite Subordinate Mocha encouraged her legion of to defend their Nazarene Saint. Filipinos should not base personality on voting Presidents. This cult mentality had become a total annoyance. Duterte's fans and Mocha are defending him blindly and accuses everyone who criticizes him as "dilawan" even if those people who hated him dont even like Noynoy.
