I have issues with my Paypal account. I have an expired Visa Debit card link to my Paypal account and I need to link a new card. Good thing I have Union Bank for my payroll from work and the good thing is I can link this card to my Paypal. But the issue is, in my Paypal account has my full name but what's in my new atm card is my name plus my middle initial A and a period then my last name. The rules are, make sure that whatever is in my Paypal account it should be the same on the card. I already messaged them many times (Paypal) and until now, I haven't received anything from them. What should I do? Can anyone help me with this? Thanks, I really appreciate it.

MMy Mywallet visa card also expired last month.the bank employee however said that the card is still allowed in PayPal.

Usually they mean the name, not any periods or other characters. I have done the same thing and put the period only to have it disallowed. Try entering it without the period. It should accept it.

When I have problems, I call their free numbers. The staff of PayPal are very kind and always ready to help. I suggest to check which number you need to call in the Philippines and to call them.

I don't think it would be a problem as long as your ADDRESS are exactly the same. I've added my new EON bank acct to PayPal successfully. I do not have middle name on my new EON while my PayPal name has my full middle name. But you made me think maybe that is the reason why I cannot add other carDs like PayMaya, SmartMoney, etc. Do not add card, add BANK acct instead. Withdrawal fee to card and to bank are different. Withdrawal fee to card (Philippines) is quite high ($5). Why not just buy new EON at 7-11 or at Lazada. Got my new EON from Lazada (P300 set of 2).

Thanks, but I already have one. It cost me 500 to have a Getgo card with Visa. They said I can also link to my PayPal. Actually, it is for my Payroll.
