I can't describe the feeling I'm having at the moment. Last night I was frustrated because I have no transfers and I have a lot of hang-ups from clients who don't want to talk to me. Well, it happens most of the time. But this night, I checked my statistics and I was surprised to see my Tier (level) in our Agent Portal. I earned a rank, from Tier 4 I am now in Tier 3. This amazes me. I have sign-ups from those clients I talked to last night. I never expected this to happen. And I am so thankful. Enough to be happy for me. And the good part is, I was yesterday's Top Agent. To think it's only my 2nd week. I am so grateful. What is your achievement so far today?
