Good morning, went to the chiropractor to get my neck adjusted or cracked.
It help some.So here I am icing and hot pad to get more relief.
I have been searching all over the net to get some idea what people do to get some relief from this.My next step will be go back in the pool with the other people in doing excersize for this.It has been a while.
I am ice packing,hot packing,etc.
I noticed driving this morning.Does not help too much with the turning of my head.I have to be careful on this.
Beside my day,how is yours going.?

It is fine so far Fredo.
Good to hear the chiro helped even just a little.
Isn't it a pain in the neck to feel like that?

How did you originally hurt your neck? Sometimes chiropractic care can actually make things worse.

Gee, I hope you can find relief. My sis has been having jthese spinal problems and not getting much relief. I am not sure what she is gonna do...because she is having to take OTC pain relievers.

@amadeo She has, and has had an MRI as well. She said the chiropractor didn't help, and she is doing PT. However, she might have to have surgery. They do have laser pain removal though and decompression belts. Surgery is a last resort because sometimes even that doesn't work from what I hear.

Hate that for you - I hope you find some relief soon. They do sell neck wraps and some folks have great luck with acupuncture. I hope you find something that works for you soon.

Not sure if switching from heat to cold is good, I think you need to stick with one - but ask the doc about.

There are some neck bending exercises. They should be done taking a deep breath in and out. One will get benefit instantaneously sometimes.
