PROBLEMS: What can you do to solve them?

Problems are an inevitable part of our everyday lives. We all have problems at one time or the other. Some problems are minor like being late for work; while others larger, like you or your family member meeting with a horrific accident. So what can you do? The first step would be to identify and mentally accept the problem you are currently facing. Next, focus on finding the best possible solution by using your time, energy and resources to solve this problem. Taking the help from someone whose judgment you trust, could also be a good idea. It would certainly be in your own best interest to analyze the situation that caused a particular problem to arise. Look at the whole picture objectively and then decide on the course of action you would need to follow. Once the decision is made, do not procrastinate on the line of action to be taken. Many-a-times, delays could cause heartaches and even jeopardize lives. Problems can generally be solved effectively by staying calm and positive all along, even in case of emergency. Make every effort to seek mental diversions that suit your interests and lifestyle. Finally, visualizing yourself as solving a particular problem can be the key factor in problem solving. The first thing would be to see if it has a solution or not.

I am of the opinion that every problem has some degree of solution @marguicha If not, one can always seek help from someone else.

One problem I am facing now is really not a problem it just needs to be done. The problem is the govt offices I have to deal with regarding paperwork. There are hurdles of arrogant people to get around. And that I will do. Some people create a problem when there is not one.

@TiarasOceanView You are certainly right. I have not only heard so, but also experienced so. The only solution I can think of: Be persistent

@TiarasOceanView Oh yes, never give up and let them triumph. These offices need to be aware of our rights and learn to be respectful at all times.

In reality, problems are just problems. I addressed them one by one, and when there are times that I cannot solve them, I just let them pass by, And it's the same thing. Getting angry, having stressed can never help but just create another new set of problems..

You are right @moneychaser With stress problems cannot be solved. Eliminate stress from your life. Stay calm and then solve your problems one by one.

@Gabugs True. Some great people call this as good composure.

I am usually pretty good in considering every possible solution to solve a problem. There are very few problems that cannot be solved, the most important is to find the right way.

@Gabugs Most problems are solvable, of course there are some that you cannot solve alone.

I hope the liberals, Democrats, Republicans, and Donald Trump would be able read this piece! But I don't think political problems in the U.S.A. can ever be solved because politicians on both sides of the political aisle including their liberal and conservative followers and media are the nation's PROBLEMS that have no solutions. They could NEVER stay CALM and POSITIVE! Being they the problem - - there is no way they realise the real problems of America and have time to solve them. All their attention is focused to CRAZY, DIRTY, and CHILDISH American politics. The world especially Russia are laughing at America. Whew! I would like to add what a popular author wrote: "There is a solution to any problem and answer to every need!"

I handle each problem as it comes along and I don't over think or over dwell on them, it wastes too much energy

It looks like you are choosing the right path each time @BelleStarr My weakness is I tend to overthink and over-dwell. And that gives way to another problem.

I agree that is the most important thing to stay calm. Then think things over rationally and find the best solution.
