Healthy food vs fast food....

Hey mylotters..!! Good noon..... Hope everyone is doing great.... I like healthy food.... I used to eat lots of fruits and veggies..... Eventhough my main dish (lunch)consist of rice ..... I'll take only less rice .. instead I'll take more veggies.... They contain many nutrients like potassium, vitamins,fiber and so on..... I like all fruits too....They also contains many nutrients.... It is said that if we eat more fruits and veggies, we can lead a healthy life.... I too like fast food....But I don't eat often... So, what you guys feel about this? Which one do you eat often...? I only eat at fastfoods when I go malling. They are cheaper than those healthy foods served at restaurants. But when at home, we make sure that the foods we cook are healthy.

@Teekaaa fruit salad......or biscuits which are gud for health......but i love ice cream ......nd there are lots of homemade snackso which are gud for health

I love healthy food and always have done. I do have fastfood occasionally but I find it makes me ill if I have too much. I don't really enjoy it either. I will sometimes just fancy something and I'll really enjoy it, especially if I've waited for it, but usually it will be out of convenience if I'm out unexpectedly and can't get any proper food

I am depending food cooked at home mostly. At times, for children, buy some fast foods like noodles. However, health is important. With your life style, any one can lead a healthy life.

I don't mind eating fast food but occasionally that's okay kind to me. I try to take more veggies like you.. in my opinion good exercise plus any kind of food will accommodate for a healthy life ..

I eat fast foods on weekends date out..I do not know but sometimes is ok..right? hehehe..At home, I always prepare little veggies salad to help me feel full and not eat too much..Have a nice day

I was never a huge fan of Fast foods, but there was a time when I used to food from mess or hotels which had less nutrients. Now I try to consume more of fruits and less of rice. Its important to focus on healthy food to remain fit and fine.

I actually don't like normal food and preferred to eat cookies always but now I take healthy diet for I don't want to grow old so soon

Fast food seems to be more tasty but it has its ugly side. I do crave fast foods from time to time but healthy foods are good enough for me. I eat healthy foods almost everyday.
