I never had a girlfriend my entire life. But I'm curious, could you please tell me how you wooed or were wooed by your significant other?

Dont think any woo-ing was involved. We just chatted online for a few weeks before meeting and hanging out for 7 hours.

That sounds simple. Haha. You didn't go into any dates or anything similar?

Hello Cruz. My suitors just asked me out like dinner, a movie, coffee or something like that. And then if it went good, another date and so on. Sometimes a single flower, a card or any number of nice things to do for someone can help to cement the good relationship. You really have to let them know you are interested or they will never know. And have confidence in yourself and all the good inside you, smile and be happy..it is charming.

I'm actually a pretty awkward guy when around the girl I like. So I guess I need to get confident? Still, thanks for the advice.

"The best way to a man's heart is through his stomach" Did you mean THAT?

@sol_cee Then I guess that saying is wrong. It should go: "the best way to a WOMAN's heart is through her stomach". And you just gave me a great idea! Thanks a lot!

The boyfriend wooed me with his hair. Before he had a very shiny and long hair. You will mistake him for a woman with this back when hair is not in a pony tail.

So, does this mean that you like men with long and shiny hair?

Hmmm.. at the age of 25, my husband finally got a girlfriend and that's me! It's uncommon nowadays, knowing in a fact that he lives in the City. He and I started texting each other back in college and right after he got his licensed he started to court me by saying things and inviting me to a date. There was no special act of courtship, just the ordinary.

Thanks for sharing. Does that mean that you were just friends (or more than that) in college?

@Tierkreisze We're acquinted back in college but we don't communicate very much. We only got to know each other because we were Student Officers in different school organizations.

I'm not good with poems. Imagining me doing that feels kinda awkward. Haha. But maybe I'll think about it. Thanks!

@klynlyn Kind of, but maybe because I haven't seen anyone actually do it except in movies.

He is of different culture. Just like @Courtlynn he did not do that. We just feel something for each other and after that, he frequently visits me in the country. He is my bf now and it is only this time he plays like a suitor.

We are the same. I also never had a girlfriend before. How old are you by the way? And was it your choice not to have a girlfriend?

I'm still 19. And in part, not having a girlfriend was because of a choice of mine and the circumstances I'm in. How about you?
