Do you like watching on the screen before go to sleep ?

Most people spent long time for watching on the screen of TV, Laptop, cellphone everyday . Some people end them until to bedtime . It is not good for sleep . They feel very hard to sleep and will get tired all morning in the next day. If you want to get better sleep stop watching on the screen instead of read books before go to sleep .

I leave my TV on all day and night. And I sleep in front of it.. In fact I often can not fall asleep if the TV is not on. I am used to the noise. It also helps to drown out the sounds from outside for both me (as I work 3rd shift and sleep in the daytime) and my dogs -so they don't hear every little noise outside and spend the day barking.. And then keep me awake.
