I get some headaches that last hours and are just like having a stroke. I guess I am lucky the pain goes away. It's like so much going on around me that the pain will not go away no matter what I take, aspirin, tylenol, coffee, but maybe I can lay down in a quiet place and try to put a cold cloth on my forehead and maybe it will go away. You might try this remedy:

I too have migraine headaches(very painful). It does not go until I take a tablet and a sleep. To avoid headaches, I drink plenty of fluids. It helps to some extent...

I too can't bear the pain.When I get headache it is severe. I have a panadol.
