I'm not sleepy at night
Try not to do anything stimulating 2 hours before going to bed. So being on My Lot is out Seriously, no TV or excitement. Try reading a book or magazine. When I have this sometimes a glass of warm milk helps me get sleepy again. Do not lie in bed and let your mind wander. Get out of bed try these tips and don't go back until you feel sleepy.
