PHILIPPINES... MISS UNIVERSE CROWDS FAVORITE

I am a filipino, and is always watching MISS UNIVERSE pageant every year. I have Maxine Medina when she represented the country in last Januarys, pageant.I dont like her for she is not fluent and articulate in her Q and A answers. Though i am a filipino, i dislike her performances in the said pageant. However based on statistics she ranked on top 3 of the crowds favorite.Our country has been doing well in the pageant for nearly 7 consecutive years.Fanatics all over the world believes that women in our country are really beautiful and witty.

Wow, I cringe on the last line. lol. Anyway, I too didn't like Maxine. It was like she really didn't let her brains work when she answered the question. She was lacking "hugot" actually.

At least she have gotten into Top 6, while Miss Venezuela didnt even enter Top 13.So unfortunate for their country last year. Anyways. Rachelle Peters is our countrys next big bet in Miss Universe, hoping her to be next to Pia Wurtzbach for the title.

I will not dismay you for not agreeing about Maxine. I think she did her best. I am sure there are so many bashers that tried to pull her down and scrutinized even her fluency in English. Despite such situation, she did gracefully before, during and after the pageant.
What if we put ourselves in her shoes, can we do it?
