Who should give priority to enter or exit?

Who do you think should give priority to those entering the train? Or those leaving the train?
Logic says that it is best to give precedence to those who leave in order to make room for those who enter,
But today I got out of the train and was pushed in by a group of boys who aggressively entered the train and did not give me the right to go out and follow me on the train.
So who do you think has the right of way?

I think those coming out have the priority. But of course you will always have some ill mannered people who won't wait for others to get out of the train. The worst part of it is that they do not respect old people too and push them at times

i don't understand passengers who rush in, either. the people inside have to get off first so there will be space for them when they get in. it's the same with elevators.
