I ordered Chinese food tonight. I was told it would be over an hour for delivery. I set aside $2.50 for the driver. The man would not bring it up to the 12th floor. So Jay gave him $1.50. I don't like that at all. I wanted him to have the $2.50 no matter what. I wish I ordered from my place because the driver would come to my door. The food is very good too. I know 2.50$ is not a lot but it's better than nothing.

Why wouldn't he bring it up to you? So where did he bring it then? Yes $2.50 is fine.
