Publish a 10 Chapter book

I am debating on whether to self-publish a 10 chapter book. This book is a like a series so there is more to the story and I want to add it book by book instead of adding everything in the same book. I know that many people do short stories so I am going to try this and see what happens. I want people to read it and want to read more not just read it and then it is over.
I want everything to be in a nice suspense mode. I am happy with how it is coming on and I hope that it comes out really well and people like it.

Wow! So you're passionate in writing. I am also passionate in writing. It's good to hear that you're planning to self-publish a ten-chapter book. Will it also be available in e-book?
I think you could also ask help from an editor. And hiring a person who has knowledge in marketing would be better. Because they could help you to make better sales in your books. Hope you will be successful.

An Editor is something that I do as well and it will be hard for me but I am going to have to make sure that I do it right. I am starting from the bottom so no money to get one lol. I can do a free site where other people proofread but I am not sure if that is a great idea.
