Dear friends,
Last week I have informed you through one of my topic, I have been searching recipes in google. I have done one experiment on Sunday which was successful. My children loved it.
Akki rotti is a Kannada dish made upon rice flour, adding onion, carrot, green chilly, coconut, cumin seeds, coriander leaves etc. Dough must be made as soft adding water little by little.
I am adding an image of my own preparation.
Have you often do experiments on cooking?

Hi Sreekala! I wish I could have a taste of it!
I think most of us do experiment in our cooking because through experimenting we are able discover new recipes, and if it succeeds then we will repeat it and master it and soon become a favorite!

Cooking is my weakness. My sister occasionally does experiments at the kitchen.
