Dear friends, Last week I have informed you through one of my topic, I have been searching recipes in google. I have done one experiment on Sunday which was successful. My children loved it. Akki rotti is a Kannada dish made upon rice flour, adding onion, carrot, green chilly, coconut, cumin seeds, coriander leaves etc. Dough must be made as soft adding water little by little. I am adding an image of my own preparation. Have you often do experiments on cooking?

Did you take the picture while it's steaming hot? It's kinda cloudy, can't really see it well, but I'll take your words that it was a successful experiment!

I know how to make roti using wheat flour. I also tried making pancakes using rice flour and cassava flour and they came out wonderfully

Hi Sreekala! I wish I could have a taste of it! I think most of us do experiment in our cooking because through experimenting we are able discover new recipes, and if it succeeds then we will repeat it and master it and soon become a favorite!

Would love to have one.do you prepare a specific chutney with it?

It can be eaten without chutney as there are so many ingredients like coconut, veggies, chillies etc added. If you want chutney then I will prefer spicy one.

If you made it from wheat flour it is easy to make it, but with rice flour, it is bit tough to make the round shape.
