No, I Did Not Know

According to Dr. Joyce Rabbat the pollen is higher between the hours of 5 am and 10 am. this is what I did not know. If you have sneezing due to pollen stay inside, if you HAVE to go outside wash you face, sniff saline nose spray, AND if you are going to stay in a while, take a shower and toss the clothes in the wash, so not to spread pollen in your house. I can do the stay in from 5 am to 10 am, easy I am not a morning person and I like to start most days around noon, but if I did her plan I would always be in the bathroom washing me or doing laundry. Who can do what is recommended by this doctor?

Luckily, my allergies have gotten better as I've gotten older. I don't know if I could do that. I'm not a morning person, but often ride my bike or have things to do during that time.

Very hard to do! Thankfully I'm not bothered too much by pollen these days. I must have improved my body system somewhat.

I am a morning person and after 10 am the temperature goes up a lot. I always go out before 8 am.

I use Nasonex everyday during pollen season which is a great deal of the year, hopefully I can stop soon and then I need to restart in the fall.

Interesting, i kind of want to try this. Even though I dont' go outside, the pollen still bugs the heck out of me and it is even worse in the evening because that is when the wind happens. also, what happens if the laundry detergent also makes you sneeze? Haha! I learned that if you eat natural honey from your area that will help you become less allergic to pollen in your area!

I have heard that too, I wonder if it works or if its just power of suggestion?

This works for me. I never had allergies before, but due to being older, allergies have appeared on occasion. One's immune system weakens with age, I suppose.

Actually, I believe that,,if I have my window open, I always sneeze more in the morning..during pollen season.

Working outside after 10a.m. seems like the best bet.
