So, How Was Yours, Everyone?

Yes, how was everyone's weekend? I so enjoyed the cocktails on Friday night! I had a Strawberry Daquiri and a Pina Colada and gazed out at these water fountains with lights that changed colours, it was beautiful.
I caught up with my friend, we hadn't seen each other in nearly a year with everything that had happened to my Mom. We had so much to tell each other.
Then our Rugby team won and our Cricket team lost. Oh the inconsistency of sport! I was all happy and then all furious.
So, my friends out there, what's news? I hope you all have a fabulous week. Photos are of the cocktails and fountains.

We had a great weekend the grandchildren stayed with us! Exhausting but fun! I love both Daiquiri and Pina Colada but they give me brain freeze! The pain is excruciating! Have you ever had brain freeze?

Yes, Gary, the day I sipped too quickly on a double thick milkshake, it is a quite sharp pain that makes ones eyes water and then some @garymarsh6 ! I thought my brain was going to run screaming out of my head, quite frankly! Good that you had a great weekend with your grandchildren staying over :) . Please avoid Coladas and Daquiris to avoid that brain freeze!

I would have had two piña coladas, perhaps three, due to the cricket loss! What beautiful fountains to see. I'm so happy you saw your friend and had a great time out of the house. Hope you can do it more often and wish I could have been there, too!

I spent the weekend with my parents and brothers in my parents new place. It was a bit far but I love how they got their lot with a great view and the weather was nice. Of course it was tiring but it was worth the car ride since I hardly see them and they're about to leave to visit my other brother who lives in the US.

I spend the last week with my sister, we visited our ill SIL and we organized everything for our camping trip in July. I have surgery this week and will not be able to lift much when we camp so we have a niece and her boys coming to help us set it up...
