I work 30+hours a week I get home from work and no one has done anything! A list has been made directions given on how dinner is supposed to be prepared and NOTHING is done! I'm tired I dont want to cook, clean after working all day. My hubby works as well but dang seriously on his day off he could pitch in! I cook, clean, shop, take the car in for repairs all I want is dinner done or the house cleaned. I can't do it all or I can but I shouldn't have to. *end of vent* thank you for reading. tired momma

You definitely shouldn't have to do anything after working all day, if theres someone else who could've done it while you were out. Or at least not all/most of it.

I totally understand. I threw more than one temper tantrum when I was working. Mom's are supposed to do it all...that's for the birds.

Oh trust me, I feel your pain. Day in and day out I take care of 3 kids, every member of my family has some level of mental illness, husband included. There are those days where I just feel stuck, and get pretty sick and tired of taking care of everything, including mental health. But I just hang in there, my kids have gotta grow up sometime, hang in there, you got this!

it's so unfair, isn't it? just because you initiate doing things, they expect you to always be the one to do it.

Go on strike. Eat before you get home. Let them have PB & J. Millions of people in this world live on less than that! Don't do laundry for anyone. If they don't have clean clothes it will be their fault. Everyone here does their share and the males clean as well as the females, plus cook when it is their turn. No excuses.

I get the excuses we cleaned but it got dirty again lol and my response to that is that's why that same sock in sitting in the same spot when I left? What did it do jump out the dirty clothes? Lol. Another excuse is "I forgot" and response to that is well I'm gonna forget to feed you or pay the internet bill .
