How is Trump such a "great" President?

I keep seeing people say that here and on Facebook. He has done NOTHING but nominate a judge to the Supreme Court and sign a bunch of mostly meaningless EOs.
Health care? NO
Tax reform? NO
30 day plan to beat ISIS? NO
Get a budget passed? NO
Get *anything* passed? NO
All he does is Tweet and embarrass and endanger this country. How does that make him such a great President? Are people proud of those accomplishments?

It drives me crazy when he says things like "such and such" is doing a "great job" and he's a "good guy" filler words that might make MOST people feel confident in his decisions and judgement, just makes me cringe.
The fact he goes to twitter to whine?
Sessions testimony yesterday and how he was trying to enact "Executive Privilege."
If I was one of the ones asking the questions I would have called him an outright idjeet. How can so many people "forget" talking to Russians?
He (Trump) needs to be impeached.
