"I need to stay awake."

For some reason, I think everyone has had a moment in their lives where they had to stay awake, right? Why has this happened to you? When you need to stay awake... What do you usually do? I usually drink a lot of coffee and listen to loud music. It's very effective.

Coffee is enough to keep me awake , I'm a certified coffee addict But sometimes a few minutes nap is more helpful to recharge.

I had to stay awake only when I play video games with my friends (it doesn't happen very often right now). And when I'm with my family in a reunion or watching a movie what about you?

There have been times in college when I wanted to stay awake all night. I didn't make it! I have had jobs too, where I was an awake over night staff. I must confess I dosed off a little betweein 3:00 and 5:00 those are the tough times. Yeah music, coffee and splash some water on your face.

I end up walking around eve4y now and then. If I sat still I'd be sleeping in no time flat.

For me it's either strong black coffee without sugar or tea to stake awake or hot chocolates can also do.

Drink one small cup of Coffee a day. For while now I have been waking up around 2-3 am along with some weird dreams. Due to my sleep patterns I tend to be groggy for most of the day and non productive so I am trying to correct my sleep pattern.

Coffee and splashing cold water on my face usually refreshes me.
