A pizza instead of a cake

Today it is my son's birthday. Since lately I had surgery and finally until today all the troubles were gone. But it will still be a little inconvenient for me to bring a box of birthday cake home. So after a nice dinner tonight, I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut. In fact we were all very full after dinner, but I wanted to have pizza since we didn't have the birthday cake anyway. My son likes the birthday gift and he is happy. Actually he didn't mind not having a birthday cake at all. It's a surprise to have a pizza

In fact we had pizza after dinner for half an hour. Pizza Hut delivered it so soon and how much I wanted them to deliver a little late

Yes, my result goes well. I think it seems the FISH test is not necessary at all. In my opinion, it just finds out whether my case is the nodular fasciitis which is not a serious problem. The doctor may just want to have more income, I guess. It is OK but I think he shouldn't keep saying words to worry me. But if not, perhaps I will not have the FISH test anyway. My son is 13 years old. He doesn't have a specific requirement for pizza. It is better that it has lots of cheese and that'll be fine.

Happy birthday to your son and get well soon friend. There are times that we have no much money to buy cake for one celebrating birthday. So instead, we just buy bread, form them into circle, put a candle on top of it and make him or her blow it like blowing candle on the birthday cake.
