Dehydration

As iam going to gym for body building I was asked to maintain a balanced diet.. consisting Mostly of proteins to increase my muscle mass..so today to begin that..I had a handful of sprouts this evening..I was feeling okay when eating it..but after sometime I had little crackers cracking in my stomach..and had a vomiting sensation that is when it all started..oh my god Iam totally drained... really exhausted..completely dehydrated..I think I shouldn't have eaten that sprouts.. terrible mistake..

We drink a lot of water to stay hydrated, sometimes with a bit of lemon. Also, many of the foods we choose are high in water, like fruits and vegetables (we don't eat animal products) that have a high water content. Do you think the sprouts were contaminated somehow?

Yeah...I think some microbes must have contaminated it..

Oh may be you took very little water today as the climate is also cool we can't drink more water .. Tak e care

Well, maybe they either were not good, or you have not had enough water and fluids in your system after the workout? They say you need to be drinking a lot of water to keep your body flushed when you work out to replenish what you loose.

Maybe some bacteria on the sprouts? Oh no.. Yes I hope you feel better soon
