We are too rude. Anybody is ready to shout and curse. Where did the words like Am sorry, Excuse me, Thank you go? Are they still in the dictionary?

Cursing/shouting, and manners are too different things to me.. As you can be nice yet still curse/shout. Especially when others are testing you and or your patience. But it's conpletely rude to not say please, thank you, sorry, excuse me. Etc. And yes, I have manners. But also curse / shout - when it's needed.

I often wonder why when I do something nice for someone they cannot say thank you or if I wait for someone to pass me they cannot thank me or sorry. Ever since the cell phone age has been invented people are so busy looking down at their cell phones that they do not pay attention to where they are going or will stop in their tracks to see something on their phone.
