Right mow Im perspiring like crazy and it does nothing. Got to turn on the AC right now. Im so glad we have AC unit in our room as it got hot early its the humidity that gets to me. I am trying to drink more water. Witt that comes the p race to the bath room of course good exercise lol. How are all you mylotters from all over faring this late June day ..? Good you got that AC! It is getting really nasty, very fast. We are supposed to be seeing 120 degrees next week. I am not happy about that haha But it is also monsoon season, so hopefully it will reprieve us from the heat!

It's been pretty hot and humid here too the last few weeks we've seen 90 degrees etc. It's going to be hot today and gonna be outdoors so i'll make sure to drink plenty of water today to keep hydrated.

Same here. Very hot and very sticky and no air conditioning at all we have to do without electric bill would be astronomical.
