Hello, friends. This is a day when I feel so blessed to have a good home. This rain that for me has meant staying in bed, in other parts of my country has meant disaster. We have a long country that is bathed my the Pacific Ocean from north to south. Magellan, who gave the ocean its current name, did not know how it was: the ocean is by no means pacific. In this frontal system great waves do damage along the coast. I just read in the news that 8 people have already died yesterday. I am blessed, as I said. I´m cozy here, ready for a late breakfast in my home. I hope you have my luck and are happily mylotting with no problems from mother nature.

I hope so. Those places where it doesn´t usually rain much are the most damaged.

It's really a blessing to be in a strong house and in a good and safe location by God's grace. I can identify with you there, our house had withstood countless super typhoons and earthquakes, even the deadly Baguio quake and everytime I think of people living in other parts of the country especially those living in make shift houses it makes me feel so blessed and fortunate. Yes typhoons are formed in the Pacific and crosses us by exiting towards the West Philippine sea or SCS

When I think about mother nature, I feel it is more a stepmother. Here we have earthquakes, other people have tornadoes, floods, you name it. This is a very unstable planet.
