Good morning everyone. I hope your having a great morning so far.
Father's day actually turned out well. We were trying to find something affordable to do but also inside because it was so hot. Finally we all agreed on roller skating. They were having a special deal for Father's day. 3 were free with the purchase of one ticket! The kids and my husband skated for $9!
They had a great time. =) After that we got a $5 pizza from Little Caesar's and watched a movie at home.
It was a great day, my husband was happy and that's what truly matters.
Before we went anywhere my husband gave Julian a hair cut and I took a picture.

How wonderful to have had a fun day at so little cost. You were lucky with the cost of the skating. We don't even have a facility here for skating. Sad because this town needs something fun for our community to do.

I am glad the day turned out fun. That is great you all have balance and can roller skate. As a family, when my kids were younger, we could never all roller skate or ice skate because my older son and I have no balance and can't skate worth anything. But, my younger son and my husband do have balance and can skate great. So, if we all ended up at a roller rink or skating rink, half the group would be watching the other half have fun. And it would end up being no fun for me or my older son.

Cute pic! Sounds like a fun Father's Day. I'm glad you found good things to do that didn't cost an arm and a leg. My dad is in the nursing home, so I took him some choc chip cookies.
Hot here too, over 100 forecast all week. It was 110 yesterday and that is forecast for today as well. We don't get the humidty you get but still, over 100 is not pleasant. Ugh.
