yes. Especially now that I am pregnant. My baby needs the folic and calcium that milk has.

I have never been much of a milk drinker, but I'm pregnant right now and I should drink it each day. I try to do this, but it's usually late in the day, just before bedtime, before I do it. Supposedly it helps you sleep better too, which is another reason why I drink it before bed.

I don't drink milk at all. Cows milk is for calves.

Sometimes I like to have a glass of either strawberry or chocolate milk before going to bed, never white milk though because I don't like it.
