Open Face Pork Roast Sandwiches For Dinner

Right now, even as we speak, I have a beautiful pork roast happily bubbling on the stove. The aroma is waffling through the air making my mouth water.
Last week I found a wonderful deal on this pork roast and just had to buy it. Today I am letting it bubble and tenderize on the stove. I just know it will make terrific open face sandwiches for us this evening.
I think tomorrow I will make what is left of the roast into barbeque pork sandwiches on a bun. Or maybe throw some in a salad. Yum! I can't wait.
I love when it so easy to make two delicious meals. All I do to make it so good is add water, some onion soup mix, the roast and let it slowly bubble it's way to deliciousness.

My son plans to cook one later this week ank make Cuban sandwiches. I bet your house smells amazing.
