Found a discount food store near by!

I have seen this place several times but never stopped. Since I decided to skip the gym anyway today, figured it was a good day as any to check this place out.
It is called Mikes Discount Foods and is a small shop with a totally random assortment. I am assuming their food is not expired but getting close to the expiration date.
I found some cool deals and spent $13 on what is pictured. A giant tub of cherry tomatoes - $1.99, a four pack of red peppers for $1 (they need to be eaten stat), a 5 pack of protein granola bars for $1 and some fresh looking green peppers 3 for $1! I also found McCafe brand Keurig Cups - 18 for $5. I am still super excited about this!
Do you have these discount places by you? Have you ever gotten a good deal there?

We have a new store that just opened a few weeks ago. I haven't been there yet, but I understand it will give Wal-Mart a run for it's money.

Wow that is a great bargain you got there.
Nah no discount stores near here which makes it really expensive.
I wish they would bring an Aldis here.

We have a place that's called SAVEMORE but I don't think we can really save more from buying there. I find that I can save more money when I buy from membership shopping stores like S&R.

@maezee S&R is a membership shopping store. It's just the name of the store but they sell mostly imported products.

We have three discount places and they always have something we want @maezee We don't always find fresh produce, but plenty of other items are there.

No,just the dollar store,and some of them sell food and fresh fruit.

Lol, we supposedly have a discount meat shop soemwhere near by but i haven't been to it yet. I usually just shop according to sales at Winn Dixie and some stuff I grab at dollar tree when i know theyll have it and it will be cheaper.
