Do you think people eat less food daily is good way to loose weight?

We know some people like eat less food daily to loose weight. . I heard an over 60 years old man . He eat less breakfast ,less dinner and don't eat lunch daily , He is look thinner then before .Do you think it is a good way on it ?

It makes sense to lose the weight when you eat less. But at first make sure you still obtain the balanced nutritions. As the health is still the most important.

It depends on the type of food you are eating. If you have reduced the quantity but you are eating food high in fat ,sugar and salt then it will be bad. But if you are wating healthy foods then I think yes. I would go with i

yes, if you are watching your calories and not eating a lot of sugars or carbs- I think reducing your calories by reducing the size of your meals can help you lose weight..

Some of the elders eat less at the age of 60 plus. I think it is better to eat a well-balanced diet.

@Linda1234 My granny usually have some supplements like drinking Ensure and drink some vitamins. She just turned 99 this June.

@Linda1234 as far as I know this isn't good.. Yes it'll loose some wight but not much and take too much of your time, but if you do some exercise, you can still eat good amount of food while loosing weight.

It could work for him. Some don't eat less, but eat a different menu than they once did. Not so many cooked or packaged items, but more raw things, like apples and bananas.
