@Linda1234 My granny usually have some supplements like drinking Ensure and drink some vitamins. She just turned 99 this June.

Some people think old people loose lot of nutrition , they need eat more kind of foods to help their body health .Thanks for sharing your idea with me .

@Linda1234 as far as I know this isn't good.. Yes it'll loose some wight but not much and take too much of your time, but if you do some exercise, you can still eat good amount of food while loosing weight.

It is true . When people eat less foods daily they will get over weight fast when they take exercises .

It could work for him. Some don't eat less, but eat a different menu than they once did. Not so many cooked or packaged items, but more raw things, like apples and bananas.
