Worthless

Do you ever feel worthless? Does that happen when you can`t do something in your every day life or when you realize the whole world is crushing? This often happens to me when a person I`ve valued much rejects me for no reason. I start thinking there is something wrong with me, but in fact my only bad is I misjudged the person. How do I raise my self-esteem?

I don't have this problem. I've thought about it and have an idea how you can raise your self-esteem. Write a list with all your positive qualities. Don't say immediately, "I don't have any." There are things you can do other people can't or you can do better than other people. Copy this list several times and plaster your flat with it. Read it every time you look into the mirror, open the fridge, the wardrobe etc. I hope that by and by you'll be able to see yourself in a more positive light.

I feel like discarded trash, like the crust on bread that nobody will eat. I made a list of things I needed from my house, and i got everything but the first thing- my wallet. but nothing matters on the list if you don't get the first thing, right?? so now my day is wasted. worthless...

Perhaps by saying that you can love yourself and feel loved by choosing to feel that way. Unfortunately we can't rely on everyone to give us what we need. I tell myself that I feel loved when I do something good for someone else, or if I show love to my pets, or if I accomplish something I think is worthy.

Thank you, things just don`t make sense in my life. I am aware of some of my qualities and yet nobody cares. I am surrounded with such people. I do good things and try to help people regardless of the recognition. I feel better after that. Yet it is a quite a different thing.
