Have you ever got lost in a certain place?

They said that it is an unavoidable occurrence to get lost at times when someone is travelling. I agree with that because I also experienced it before when my boyfriend and I travelled to Hongkong. When it comes to places and maps, I am not that really good. In fact, it is easy for me to get lost most specially if I am the only one wandering a place which is new to me.

I am very good with maps but still, there are times when I get lost, it is inevitable. I like to consider it an adventure.

@BelleStarr I am not a map friendly person. I would prefer asking people than to study the map. But I think it is better to know the map than to ask people because sometimes people can still give you incorrect directions.

@annierose Now I travel with my husband and son. If I travel alone now, although it is fine, but I will feel guilty in my heart. I prefer to have a good time and enjoy the life with them.

@youless I think it is alright to travel alone sometimes. I guess we all need some time alone too.

@Marilynda1225 Haha! We don't have a sense of direction. I wonder if we can be smart when it comes to directions.

@annierose thank goodness I have a CPS for when I travel or else I would probably end up somewhere other than my original destination

My middle name should be Lost. I get lost very easily. I need to study a map before I go anywhere new and then I still might get lost.

@just4him Hahaha! I can relate with you. I should be in a particular place for more than 2 or 3 times before I can memorize it.

When I was small I was playing with my two cousins in the field. My eldest cousin got a very bad idea and wanted to further explore the field. We started walking from here to there and we were eventually lost. Fortunately we managed to return back with much difficulty though

@Nawsheen Oh, how were you able to come back? Did someone help you or you just figure out the directions yourselves?

@annierose Even if it is your own country, if you go to a big city, there is a big chance to get lost there.

My group of friends lost our way when we went cycling during our college tour in Ooty, Tamil Nadu, India. None of the people spoke English and we didnt knew the local language, was tough finding our back, one person spoke broken English and then somehow we were lucky :)

@vsai2008 It is very difficult to communicate to people if they cannot speak even a little English. I have experienced that in Indonesia.

@vsai2008 True. But since you travel with someone, it will not be that terrifying I guess.
