Wasn't she adorable? I seem to think so.
Though admittedly, this is the first time I can look at this and not cringe. Yup, I think Little Amber Looks adorable, whereas before I thought she looked horrible and the photo shouldn't have been taken.
By the way, Little Amber is me... I don't know how old I was but I'd guess around 4 or 5? I have another picture taken the same day where I don't look too pleased with the camera.

That is one attribute I hated when I saw this picture years ago.
I came across it again now and I guess I have to say it is cuter than I first thought.

@TiarasOceanView I think it has to do with peer pressure almost. As a kid, you see a photo of yourself and it's just "not as pretty as hers" type mentality comes about.

My hair was so much lighter back then! It darkened up soo quickly.

@paigea My hair color was something I hated most of my life because it reminded me of my dad... I know it sounds stupid, but well that's an entirely too long of a story.
With that being said, the hair you see here resembles my mother's more.
I have my hair very long - and one day very far from now - I hope to still have hair that is beautiful and silver.

@ScribbledAdNauseum That is so common it seems. My hair was always verydark. It is light now - white.

@ScribbledAdNauseum .....I used to run in the house when I saw the mailman coming. Made my daughter go ask people things. It was bad. I've overcome it because of my kids.

@celticeagle I was a lot like that too... Making others doing the asking for me, etc... But I've grown from it, which is good.
It used to be that if I was hanging out with a friend, I'd have to tail her wherever just because of my social anxiety.. That's changed too.

I was just trying to place it. I don't actually remember wearing that one. Most of my tops were purple in some way - my grandmother's favorite color.

Haha Thank You. I don't remember this photoshoot but most of it was of my cat, Junior. There was about three of me, two of my sister, and one of my brother.
