Why Do They Smell?

I don't know. I try not to use public or business restrooms if I can help it. Unless I'm in a bar.

I do not go out much to eat Andria. And I avoid public rest rooms at all costs. They are never clean enough to me anyway and yes they smell horendous. Love the old Dueling Banjos

I would cross that restaurant off my list.

I think it is better to move out from the restaurant. I also don't like to have a meal with this bad smell from the toilet.

Neatness is a must for good restaurants. Otherwise there should impose fine by the authorities.

I think you're right to check.restrooms where we eat are clean when I use them. They might not always be.

It sounds disgusting and not a place I would go to if I was starving. I use a public restroom only if totally necessary. Report them.

I used to work at a fast food joint and we would clean the restrooms multiple times a day, yet they would still stink. The problem was the nasty customers going in places other than the toilets. Especially the men's room -- there was a drain in the center of the floor, and men loved to pee down it. The women's room would be even nastier because they would smear things on the walls. Usually it's the people working the front counter who get stuck cleaning the restrooms -- I doubt the cooks have to deal with it. Anyway, employees can only do so much to keep the bathrooms clean when the people using them are nasty cretins. I have never understood people who do disgusting things in public restrooms.

I try to not use the bathrooms, what about using hand sanitizer in the car instead
