I told you I was moving... Day before the move, the love seat tried running away with my little toe... nearly ripped it right off. Yes, it hurts. I put it back into position and taped it up. Yes, it still hurts. Then the day of the move (Thursday), I found out that the sale of 33 E 24 did not close. My lawyer said he would sue their ass off (his words). My agent found another buyer but they were offering $5000 less with a July 14th closing. I accepted it, but am not very happy about it. I need the money to pay for 4 Herrick. Cable guy came the next day and was thoroughly confused by all the wires and cables in the basement and was unable to complete the connection. My friend Juanita drove me to the new place and stayed overnight. She had her cell, so I called Cogeco to get things fixed. I think I talked to about 4-5 people while they played dodgeball with me. Meanwhile, Juanita's cell charge was dying and she forgot to bring her charger. Her phone eventually cut out while I was on hold with one of the "service" people. She went back to Hamilton Friday evening but came back Monday and I tried the cable merry-go-round again with her cell phone (fully charged again). Finally, new cable guy came out lunch time today, and he eventually figured things out, and I'm online again. Phone works, too.
