My best friend gets easily conned by men she likes. How can I help her?

Help!!!! My best friend has a very good heart and believes every lie she is told to the extent of getting conned by people she shouldn't trust. This has happened to her more than once and I don't know how to help her. The first time she was conned by an old classmate that reached out to her after highschool and I think she used to have a crush on him so he took advantage of her. He conned her her phone and a sum of almost 300$ pretending to be in the hospital and needing to pay the bill and a phone to call his parents. After that he disappeared. The second guy was also from highschool but from a neighbouring country. He reached out to her via Facebook and started a relationship with her. My friend was so inlove that she would go visit him every other month and he never once visited her. On every visit he would ask her for a lot of money that he swore he would pay back. She always gave in. I tried telling her he might be a con man but she would not accept. It gets so bad to the extent she borrows from friends and family just to cater to his cries. The last time he conned her he made sure he took all he can take. He disappeared with her laptop and almost the sum of 1000$ . Now she feels she can't let anyone in. How do I help her coz while it's happening she never listens to me. Please advise. Sorry for the long read.
