Tried green tea diet and half hour sweaty workout etc but has no further effect than 3kg reduce. It gain back after stopping the same

Personalized health diet and menu from the experts is what I can suggest. I also struggle a lot losing weight for many years. I started gaining weight in my early 40's and I have been doing the work out, no after 6 meal diet and it does help me. However, once I stopped the work out and eat dinner, I gained more weight. I am losing weight, even if I don't like to. Though, I exercise primarily to at least flatten my a bit protruding stomach. However, my officemates said I am losing weight. Actually, I love a healthy coffee I discovered for myself. One of its effects is one loses weight aside from helping control the blood sugar and high blood pressure although, I don't have those two yet.
