Today I have sat don and typed then found myself dreaming and letters running amok. Then at ;lunch ;l fell asleep for a moment and dreamed. My table mate said Patsie your coffee and I woke in time to save; it. I really need to sleep better at might so I am not always so sleep y . Any suggestion? I usually listen to meditating music before going to sleep this seems to help. If you don't want to.listen to the music you can just meditate
