Hi , how are you my MyLot world? I am sitting free now, handled a tough patient today, she was very aggressive... But I could handle her well... All the tests and reporting is done and now we're free in Lunchtime.. And I withdrew sample of a 1.5 years today , the kid was very stubborn so we did it forcibly.. she cried a lot..lol very tough!!

Just like we have to deal with some bad customers at times it is the same for you. Some patients can be very difficult to handle. You need to relax. Is that your colleague in the picture?
