"EncartaDictionaries" tells us it's "'insurance' (which Oxford Dictionaries call 'a practice or arrangement by which a company or government agency provides a guarantee of compensation for specified loss, damage, illness, or death in return for payment of a premium') to cover the costs or losses incurred if an insured person falls ill" http://www.bing.com/search?q=what%20is%20health%20insurance&rrid=_4a4d8ca6-d007-c59d-34cf-7b40dfa07200 Being "covered" then is simply 'paying your premiums to the right agency.' That's why I think it's [u]good[/i] that the Republicans are "waiting until the last minute" to 'reveal' their insurance-plan-proposal---because 'the exact plan' is NONE OF OUR BUSINESS! We just have to know "who to pay" when they finish! (That's why I'm 'Independent' in the sense that I'm BOTH Republican & Democrat: I'm Republican because a) the USA is a Republic & b) it's much easier to just 'observe the candidates for office, vote, and just trust I didn't vote wrong' than to 'worry about all the things we're supposed to trust to our representatives,' but I'm Democrat because a-through-z) I have the final say on stuff ) So why should I worry? What will 'worrying' accomplish?
