Barbecued ribs ohso good, baked beams very good also a bit too sweet ol.corn that I cannot eat because of diverticulitis ., dessert chocolate cake. I should have left the baked beans as I feel sweet hot and too high blood sugar. so the old water solution drink lots of water to wash out the sugar. o I take oral meds Januvia and Metformin one thousand in morning and one thousand int he evenig also Januvia five in morning amd five at night

I t was a great meal but the baked beans were vry sweet amdno I have high b lood sugar so meed to drink a lotoifwater

I like barbecued ribs, not so much baked beans, they upset my stomach.

love potato salad tje baked beans shot my blood sugar up so I am drinkingg water like mad to wash out the sugar

baked beans were too sweet blood sugar high so washing it out via diking lots of water lol
