It was one of those nights when hubby had one kind of omelette, his with lots of spinach and cheese in his, mine with crumbled sausage meat and cheese and darling daughter hat the toasted BLT! I could smell the bacon cooking and I thought that was for me, but the omelette turned out to be awesome. We all left the table happy. Did you eat it or go out for dinner tonight??

Glad to know that you had a great time with your family. No, I don't have any plan to go out and eat. May be later some days.

It's hot here, I prepared avocado and shrimps. We go out for dinner only a few times a year.

The avocado part I like lol. We too have really cut back on going out to dinner except for really special occasions!

@Hate2Iron Eating out in Switzerland is very expensive. I can eat at home one week with what I pay for a dinner outside.

Homemade lasagna... do you put nutmeg in yours?? A friend of my daughter's made the most incredible lasagna and it took me forever to figure out that special ingredient!

I am going to have to suggest baked potatoes... haven't had those in a long time. The sausages were in the omelette and that worked nicely. I am amazed at what you can find that really isn't meat at all!!
