i didnt know so searched a bit and found this on Harvard Health publications
Pro-inflammatory foods include fried foods, sodas, refined carbohydrates, and red meat. Green vegetables, berries, whole grains, and fatty fish are thought to combat the inflammatory process.

I have heard some have Migraine when having Garlic or Tea ... I have noticed I get Migraine if I have Groundnuts (however, if I followup with a cup of hot coffee or a bite of Jaggery, it doesn't trigger Migraine). As for Inflammation, sugary and refined foods are the worst, though fried foods are pretty close too.

Fried foods as was mentioned by others here are very unhealthy for the body. Better to broil or bake the foods if possible.
