Diary - Thursday 22nd June 2017
After what is now the routine of jub search, find the cat, feed the cat, go shopping, I met with friends in Manchester for the science fiction group gathering they hold every fortnight, my first in nine-ten months. It was a very nice night out, and a great chance to catch up with several old friends.
Diary - Friday 23rd June 2017
A friend has a birthday coming up this weekend so I bought her a card and then realised that my address book is back at home in Preston. I texted her to apologise as her card will be late. I'm out tomorrow to a friend's party so I bought some beer towards that in the city centre and came home. I got an invite to meet with other friends for drinks on Monday too.
