well if you read my last post you know about the lawn guy. Everyone was saying, "He got the money. and broke his blade. He's not coming back." Well in their face!

the guy came back and done a great job of finishing it all. Even used weed eater and blew the grass out. said any time I need it done again call. well worth 20 bucks! I say. So thats the update on that. will see how much you all have updated now.

You better keep his number and share with others too. Lucky you found an honest person..lol. You could even find out from him any plumber or electrician or sewer man.

That's good, always nice when someone does what they say they will. Hopefully you'll use him again and recommend him to all your friends as it seems he gives a good service for a very fair price.

Really! That's great! Shows he has good values. He could have been thinking you might sue him because he broke the sprinkler thing too. Never know what the other guy is thinking. Glad it all worked out well for you. I hope the men that are living there with you will step up and do it next time. Just sayin'.
